Terms of Service

Last updated: 28 April 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of DropShot (the "Service"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately via the Contact page if you believe your account has been compromised. You may close your account at any time via your account settings.

3. Acceptable Use

When using the Service, you agree not to:

  • Submit false or misleading match results, scores, or player information;
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with a club or team;
  • Attempt to access accounts, data, or areas of the Service you are not authorised to access;
  • Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm other users;
  • Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt the Service;
  • Scrape, crawl, or copy substantial portions of the Service without our written permission;
  • Use the Service in violation of any applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit (such as your profile, team names, and match results). By submitting content, you grant DropShot a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, and use that content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit any content you upload.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

DropShot is offered with a free tier and a paid Premium subscription. Premium subscriptions are billed via PayPal on the schedule shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, logos, and branding, is owned by DropShot and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right in our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services including Google AdSense (advertising), PayPal (payments), and Microsoft Azure (hosting and email). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, except as required by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will be preserved without loss.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DropShot will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law (including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud).

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms. On termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Material changes will be notified via the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, except where consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.

13. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be sent via our Contact page.
